About Me

I’m Fedor Sazhin, a Game & Level Designer with experience in commercial PC and mobile game projects. I design and balance gameplay systems, shape narrative structures that support the player journey, and oversee features from early concept to final implementation.

I specialize in defining and refining core mechanics and progression systems that sustain player motivation and long-term engagement. I focus on clear rules, tuning, and pacing to keep gameplay loops rewarding and coherent.

I create clear documentation and turn playtest feedback into actionable iterations, working closely with development teams to translate design goals into playable, testable features. I also bring hands-on level implementation to validate pacing, difficulty, and clarity in real play, with an emphasis on polish and minimal player friction.

I work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams, coordinating with artists, programmers, and producers to align creative vision with scope and technical constraints. I’m currently open to Game Designer roles in mobile and PC development, available for both on-site and remote collaboration.
